best all around frat

Looking to find out what's the best frat to rush if i'm looking for:
-Chill
-Parties
-Cares about Academics
-Split between hookups and dating
-Campus incvolvment
-Future housing on campus..?
-Active life style past just partying
-Connections and networking

Housing- FIJI currently has a house(complex) down the street from the school (registered and can hold event without cops stopping it). KA has one but isnt a legal fraternity house(cops can stop events). PIKE was smart enough not to sign up for the greek village but doesnt have a complex.

You are allowed to have more than 4-5 social events due to registration for the event requiring fraternities to state if they are dry or wet events.

i was gonna basically post what he said. FIJI and KA are the only frats that have housing, and unless another chapter actually shows you definitive plans to get a complex in the next year, I wouldn't trust anything else. The difference between their 2 places are that FIJI got theirs zoned as a fraternity house, while technically KA's is zoned for residential use. Cops still can't just randomly come in to KA's because it is gated and private property, but FIJI having their place zoned as a fraternity house means they can register events with the city of Tempe (ie have a noise permit) so that if someone calls for a noise complaint, it would be dismissed. At least, I'm pretty sure thats what the difference is. Disclaimer: I'm not in fiji or ka but im looking into trying to get my chapter to acquire a complex
