dke, sx rush

Is it possible to rush dke and sx in the fall, also is it worth it? How would you rank their brotherhood and social life compared to on campus fraternities?

I would not bother rushing any off campus fraternities. They are off campus for a reason, ASU kicked them off! They will all lose relevance and fold within a few years.
