I don't think it is so much that Sigma Kappa got better. I think DG has just gotten so bad, that SK looks better cause they are not on the same tier. I do agree that SK should be up with DG and CHIO. But all three are LOWER middle. Emphasis on the word lower.

Nah theyre bottom. They cant even throw a decent philo, their participation in other greek life events is usually lower compared to other lower houses like chi o and agd. Tbh some of us wonder how they won chapter of the year...

They are still pretty strong. You could putAXO down with Kappa. But they are still way above DG and XO
