How does your chapter actually keep track of its fami

I was talking with some alumni recently and realized almost every chapter seems to handle Big/Little history differently.

Some have a giant Google Sheet.

Some have an old composite with names scribbled on it.

Some rely on one senior who "just knows."

And some have basically lost everything from 10–20 years ago.

I started building a project called ChapterLine because my chapter didn't really have a good way to preserve our lineage. It's basically an interactive family tree where members can build out Big/Little relationships, add photos, and preserve chapter history over time.
