Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity Ratings at LUC

um I think all of the negative comments here are probably from older students. sigma chi is without a doubt the only top tier fraternity for the new generation ( freshman/ sophomores) these guys are known EVERYWHERE and 99% of sorority girls have at least one picture with the huge SIG CHI letters for a reason. these guys throw good parties, have a lot of cute members, & their philanthropy is one of the biggest at Loyola if not THE biggest ( WE LOVE DERBY DAYS!!) KKG <3's SIG CHI!!

Dated one of these guys...let's just say I wore the pants in that relationship

To the poster below: Although SAE and EX are undoubtedly top here, you have to give credit where credit is due. In reality, what you said is the opposite; for example, nearly half of SAE's pledge class last spring consist of guys who did NOT get a bid from EX (no hate, just the truth). It's no doubt in anyone's mind that for some reason, EX has been the most rushed/popular frat here since about 2012. Like I said, both are good organizations here, but the post below just is not true.

Although they are generally nicer than most SAE's or Sig Pi', they are not near the other two in looks or fun. Very average all around and don't stand out much. Tend to receive a lot of SAE leftovers (both girls and new members). Right below SAE here at loyola but gaining on them due to SAE's stuck up attitude and continual treatment of girls as objects.

Too bad LUC doesn't have Beta Theta Pi... The best of the Miami triad.

Pretty much every guy I meet is from Michigan. A better name for Sigma Chi at Loyola would be The Mittens.

These guys are hands down the top of the top at loyola. Everywhere you go and every person you talk to, in greek life or not, knows a sig chi and knows these guys are at the top. they throw awesome parties me and my sisters love going to and mingle with EVERY sorority on campus, not just a couple like other frats <3 most importantly they're cute ;) these guys are as close as it gets to a real frat at loyola

The Lambda Nu Chapter represents its self very well on campus. Zero complaints about them and they continue to improve

Ok, to the person below me, don't bash TKE on their page and obviously say you love these guys and hate them. its obvious its one stupid person. I like sigma chi a lot, and they have a lot of cool guys, but definitely have a lot of weird ones too. I like the TKE's a lot too, but both are very different from each other, but both are rising fast and TKE is just moving up and up in greek life. sigma chi is definitely on top and it is probably gonna stay there. that's just the way it is.

Definitely a great chapter. Leaps and bounds better than their bottom tier counterparts TKE
