Have thrown around ten parties this semester. Sigma Chi has thrown two and TKE has thrown one. All of their parties are consistent at multiple houses with a high turnout rate. This is officially the top house fraternity at Loyola no debate. The last two semesters of dsig really set the standard, having people on fizz beg for the addresses of their parties and winning every poll.

they think there top but they have been bottom and continue to be bottom for so long, there guys are all the people who can't get bids anywhere else and they were weird to me and my girl friends. There "parties" never have anyone and they are the joke of this campus

As a sorority girlie dsig is very good. They are the biggest frat on campus, have a house and always have club events. TKE and Sig chi hate them because dsig recruits on individualism. Also since this matters some of those guys are hot asf.

The Wierd frat on campus and take everyone who got no bid from the other frats, def bottem house. The guys are nice but very socially awkward and kind of quirky

Here’s why Delta Sigma Phi is the top house… they have a very clean record, a very diverse group, the most active members on campus, and a friendly group of guys. They’re nice to all women, have a nice reputation on campus, and hang out with all sororities. Their alumni network is great and they are always seeking ways to improve their fraternity. They also work together and aren’t a cliquey fraternity. TKE and Sig Chi are great, but they’re missing a few essential pieces that Delta sig isn’t in this paragraph.

All around a great group of guys. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. The parties are always fun and if they aren’t throwing parties they rent out clubs and have great get togethers with sororities on campus. Absolutely nothing bad to say about delta sig.

THEY FELL OFF HARD!!! Dsig used to be really good and was a contender for top house but something went very wrong with their PC like 2 years ago and now they are all weird asf. All there hot/popular guys dropped. It’s genuinely sad because they used to be sooo good.
