I feel like I was racially discriminated against

I only got called back to gamma phi and felt like I had to drop because I didn’t feel any connection there. I felt like I had meaningful conversations and zeta/theta/asa but still ended up being dropped and a part of me feels like it has to do with me having braids during recruitment. I feel like if I had assimilated and had my hair straightened I would have been treated different. Ugh. I’ve never felt more sad and rejected ever
