Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at James Madison University - JMU 3.0 Heard a lot of great things about this group last spring and over the summer but since then.... not good. They were only letting certain girls recruit and the ones that weren’t pretty or cool enough had to hide in rooms... they had a lot of potential but threw it away by not being genuine

I heard about this too!! I mean every sorority has a few women that don’t recruit for different reasons, but ranking your sorority on looks and only letting the attractive girls recruit is pathetic. So much for a values based recruitment.

not based on looks or being "cool" AT all. Lots of girls didn't even want to recruit. Also didn't hide in rooms, they were lining the stairs just like all the other sorority women do in recruitment.

They looked cute during recruitment they just come off like they're trying too hard sometimes when all they really need to do is be themselves.
