Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at James Madison University - JMU 4.6 Here is the deal, from another sororities perspective Phi Mu has done really well this year. They got a great new pledge class, won chapter of the year, raised alot of money for their philanthropy again and it's starting to get noticed by other chapters (mine included), but these are some of the most genuine fun girls in greek life so dont let all this hate from other chapters get ya down.

I have at least one friend in EVERY sorority at JMU and although I may not love them all and I may have been rubbed the wrong way by members in one or another but I still strongly believe that all the sororities are have awesome girls in them. Greek life gets enough hate from the media when actually we do SO much for the community and we are HUMANS with goals and dreams and lives beyond our letters. Chill out

I know GREAT girls in Phi Mu and girls I didn't click with. If you want an honest view of the sorority, go through rush and try it out...ask about their philanthropy events/how involved they are on campus/their values/goals in life. All the JMU sororities have great girls

Because this is the time of year when everyone goes around hating on each sorority and self ranking their own so that they can be higher on a website that is EXTREMELY wrong in the first place. If you want the truth about each sorority, you're going to have to actually go through recruitment first. Don't rely on this website or you'll end up going in with all the wrong expectations. Good luck!
