Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 3.2 So here's the deal with Theta Chi. I want to start with brotherhood. Theta Chi does a swell job incorporating the pledges into the brotherhood, which is smart. Think about it, where does brotherhood start within a fraternity? That's right, with the pledges. They just need to make sure to not get ahead of their potential. A friendly reminder: keep it small and close, the brotherhood will grow itself.
