Coming from a girl perspective, they seem to have worked their way up in the last couple of years, so good for them. It's sad that people in the Greek community feel the need to talk down to others because of anonymous rankings on a pointless ass site.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.2 We mixed with them quite a few times last semester and I actually enjoyed it. Obviously not the most popular at jmu, but girls seem to like them regardless. They weren't creepy or douchey at all which is a nice change from some of the top tier frats. They'll actually make a point to stop and get to know you, so I hope we keep mixing with them, they're really nice guys.
