Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.4 Pike by far parties the most on campus and that doesn't really help their reputation, but they have extremely good looking guys who are very social so if you're looking to have a good night out definitely go.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.2 Pike has a bad reputation but almost all of the stuff you hear isn't true. They definitely have the most parties, and have a lot of great looking guys that can actually show you a good time. Clearly top tier.
