Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.2 Pretty good looking girls for sure, above average. They're top tier after DG. Their retention rates haven't been the greatest, but they've managed to keep cute, fun girls. There not really seen on campus in letters a lot, but this summer i've seen more of them. Only bad thing about them is that their house is so far away. But I've heard they're fun to party with. You never really hear about an unclassy Pi-Phi

DG and Pi Phi are the only top houses who actually get along with tons of girls in other sororities sooo the only reason people would rank them low is because of jealousy or they feel they can make their house look better that way.

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.0 honestly, giving houses bad ratings for your own gain actually makes the whole greek system at sb look bad, therefore making it harder for every house to get the best pledges, smart fun girls that just got into ucsb wouldnt want to join greek system when were all talking like idiots about tier's and rankings and things unrelated to the actual genuine facts about each house. by decreasing the amount of girls that actually rush, you're hurting not just the houses you "hate" but your own house.

The truth is this a top house with GREAT girls, that contrary to popular belief do get along with other sororities. Will stay a top house throughout the next couple of years guaranteed.

It's important for every house to have lots of girls who care about people inside AND outside of their sorority. I was helped by a very friendly pi phi I had never met previously after I had lost all my friends one night. I was a freshman and many of them lived in my dorm. I am planning on rushing this upcoming year and I am really hoping to get a bid from them. However most of this site is completely inaccurate as for ratings on sororities. It is just about girls bringing girls in other sororities down. Base your decision on your own experiences/opinions
