Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 1.0 Wouldn’t be surprised if this chapter lost their house in the next few years. Worst retention of any house due to their complete lack of events and sisterhood. We’re on probation for a whole year and still had to pay dues. The only girls that stuck it out are the girls who need the pi phi name for an ego boost because they’re very obviously deeply insecure
