The pros: best sisterhood on campus by far, friendly, fun, easy to talk to. The cons: they are bottom tier because on average they are very unattractive and don't know how to keep it classy. These girls would improve if they recruited more attractive girls and were a little less ratchet.

Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.4 pretty solid house with an obviously strong sisterhood. the only reason they're not ranked higher is because they're not known as a "hot" sorority, but lot of the hotter sororities don't keep it classy like they do. if it only was only based on personality and sisterhood they'd definitely be higher

Maybe not a top house, but definitely a rising mid-tier house. I wouldn't be surprised if they are top tier within the next few years, they have such an amazing sisterhood, and throw great philanthropies! Pretty much every one loves g phis, nothing bad to say!
