Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 1.7 Basically a bunch of future stoners paying hundreds a semester to live in a dilapidated old house that’s falling apart. Mostly from beach areas though so I guess they’re used to that kind of crappy beach shack style. Lazy and don’t get involved with sororities at all, and it’s almost like they hate the fact that they’re a frat. Btw guys, stop leaving good reviews for your own frat here, no girl ever says “Great frat, they have the most D1 athletes out of all the frats on campus” 😂😂😂

I was disappointed to see sand everywhere. bad music, weird guys, and overall bad vibes with bare feet :(

Zeta Psi - ΖΨ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.2 Not very fratty which is honestly dope, more wholesome than the other frat guys. They are the hot skater boys/ British boys of iv and ur VERY unlikely to find guys like them in any other houses. Girls love them cus they're all hilarious and tan, has some rly fun parties. Ppl bash them for being uninvolved, but not like many other of the "top" houses are....
