Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.6 By far my favorite house. You can tell that all the guys are all really friends with each other. At least 75% of the guys are so hot and they really make an effort when it comes to hanging out with girls. Definitely a house that you would want to have a boyfriend in. Although they're one of the newer houses, they are already very close with top sororities.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.4 People speculated a lot on whether they would stay on the bottom or move up but I think they swept this year. They've been super popular with all the sorority girls and we all love doing stuff with them, the majority of them are attractive and they're always involved in stuff/have music playing when you drive by.
