Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 1.8 I was very surprised to find out these guys were top house, besides their looks they're super boring, almost all my friends have been cheated on/lied to by their sig ep significant others, and they're straight up mean to other guys who aren't in their frat. There's a few nice guys but for the most part, disappointing. Not husband material AT ALL.

I was very surprised to find out these guys were top house, besides their looks they're super boring, almost all my friends have been cheated on/lied to by their sig ep significant others, and they're straight up mean to other guys who aren't in their frat. They throw good parties, just wish they were friendlier and more considerate of the girls at their parties.
