Growing house, I could not see these guys where they are now if I thought about it last year. They are trying I believe they'll be doing something good in the coming years.

Overall okay house although they try way too hard. However, some creeps in their pledge class are ruining their reputation among girls. They have potential with the new house but I don't think they'll rise anytime soon.
