Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 1.6 When I was a freshman this was the non-frat frat. They were a little creepy at times, but in general pretty easy-going. Now they're just cheap imitations of the other frats and doing a horrible job at it. They have a nice house.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 2.8 Overall okay house although they try way too hard. However, some creeps in their pledge class are ruining their reputation among girls. They have potential with the new house but I don't think they'll rise anytime soon.
