Why do people say pi phi is bottom tier

I met some really nice pi phi girls and am not sure why ppl say they are bottom tier

People j say that bc of the social standing pi phi has in comparison to other sororities like the number of frats and sports teams that want to mix with them and the number of invites they get to large Hopkins Greek events/ parties but overall I bet you'd find better relationships in pi phi where fewer people are joining for social gain
