Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 4.6 There are some super hot girls in this sorority. The rest of them are mostly good- looking, fun-loving and friendly. They dominate various student organizations and, just as Phi Mu, are very impressive group of girls!! Their sisterhood could be better, from what I've heard.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 2.2 Honestly, it just seems like none of the girls actually like each other. A lot of backstabbing, superficiality, and low self-esteem. If you just want to party, then yeah, it's a good group. But if you value sisterhood & lifelong friendship, it doesn't seem like the best group to be a part of. The individual girls can be nice, they just seem to be catty as a whole.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 4.4 Don't expect girls in top sororities to have great sisterhood unless they have some other groups to strengthen the connection (HIllel, sports). The girls who make it to top sororities usally competitive and used to be leaders somewhere else. Membership in sorority means hiding some individuality and conforming to the expectations of a group. Not everyone is happy to do it. Not every alpha female that gets in a top sorority is happy to see another alpha female's success. Rivalry, jealousy ...

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 3.8 To the people saying Alpha Phi sends out emails telling girls to lose weight, or change their appearance, or yell at them for not looking good in letters, etc.. that is completely false. I don't ever remember reading an email or hearing an announcement like that. Alpha Phi does not put any pressure on girls about appearance, they only ask that girls act classy and aren't super drunk or hungover when wearing letters, which is a very fair expectation. Overall, a very nice and supportive group!
