Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Florida International University - FIU 1.2 I would think they are middle tier but they are so crazy. I met some while at orientation and they overwhelmed me by showering me with compliments, asking about my boyfriend(idk how they know who i am) and even asked for me to have lunch with them. I definitely don't want to hop on to that crazy train in fall.

Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Florida International University - FIU 1.4 I used to love DPhie because my two best friends were dphies but when my best friends mother passed away and not one of her sisters went to the funeral much less were there for her my thoughts on them completely changed. Dont be fooled, yes they had the most people donating hair at Relay but they have no sisterhood at all!
