I myself know a good number of them and I'd have to agree. Its not so much that they make themselves better, but they try to make other frats worse

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 4.4 i think the above is the correct rankings. i hang out with them a decent amount. they are definitely top tier at fiu along side with pike and fiji. If u think they arent top, then your just hating and either 1. your organization sucks, 2. or you don't even know them. they have room for growth like everyone else. the type of guys you marry honestly..
