Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 3.0 I always try to give these guys a chance, but there's just something missing....They're lucky that they have the house or they would fall under sigep instead of being somewhat competition. they'll have to recruit better or face falling from the social graces.

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 1.8 These guys are all hype. 2013 was a good year for them, then they got a house and started giving goobers bids to pay for the house. The last pledge classes are a bunch of self centered, rude, thinks it's cool to be in a frat for the title, low on brotherhoo. I see them at the gym, and they don't even acknowledge each other, talk behind their brothers back. Pathetic.
