Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity Ratings at FIU

Bunch of goobs. Weak brotherhood and awkward guys. Their latest events have been boring. All they have is their rich brother's mansion, that's it.

Through the tumult they went through, they're still holding their heads above water and marching forward. Not only have these gentlemen stepped up to the challenge of founding a chapter here at FIU, they've endured having HQ come rip their chapter apart and being scrutinized by all the chapters on campus... And they're still here grinding to make it to the top. These Phi's are hungry for success.

So I am rushing at FIU and have a (blood) brother in Phi Delt, UCLA chapter. I was stoked to join this chapter for obvious reasons until I heard that 3-4 guys on eboard basically ratted to HQ, reporting them for parties they themselves took part in. Wth is greek life coming to? Anyway, long story short, definitely not joining them now as from what I was told, "there are still rats". Damn shame, not about it.

All their parties so far have been unlike anything I've seen from an FIU fraternity. Expensive liq and rowdy parties are the key to taking over the frat game so give it a couple years going like you are and ignore the haters. FIU needs frats like this.

Although they have some weird members, the majority of them are really cool. Have had a great time with them and can see them doing big things come fall and spring semester.

Getting to know them after the 2nd event. Ive read in alot of discussions where they are called rejects from other frats and that theyre goobs. Honestly, these guys want to bring more attention to college life and involvement rather than the commuter mindset. The guys ive met so far are pretty cool and some girls ive talked with say their parties are good and well funded. I agree that they need to be more involved, but after talking with them, theyre going to do big things on campus in fall

Rushing now. I went to Phi Delt's event. They have some major plans comming up in fall and heard really good things about their parties. Left soon after and went to Pi Kapp. They had a really fun event, and they are also top tier with parties, but after knowing that they have the worst GPA and that there is a possible social probation, i was discuraged. Met Sammy guys today and I don't get good vibes from them at all. Going either Pi Kapp or Phi Delt!
