Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 1.0 For every somewhat real rating, they self ranking three times more. 8 to 1 ratio girls to guys at your events? LMFAO YEAH OK. Ya'll have been having some whack af events since the beginning of the semester. Had some hopes for these guys, started from the bottom, made it to the middle, and back wayyyyy down the hole.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 4.6 These guys are top notch. They serve food at all events to the girls, discourage drinking and driving, its awesome to see and it brings ratios up too 8 girls to 1 guy since they are a exclusive smaller fraternity. They went under a membership review back in August which removed people but they seem to have bounced back harder and faster than anyone would ever had thought.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 5.0 Through the tumult they went through, they're still holding their heads above water and marching forward. Not only have these gentlemen stepped up to the challenge of founding a chapter here at FIU, they've endured having HQ come rip their chapter apart and being scrutinized by all the chapters on campus... And they're still here grinding to make it to the top. These Phi's are hungry for success.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 1.0 So I am rushing at FIU and have a (blood) brother in Phi Delt, UCLA chapter. I was stoked to join this chapter for obvious reasons until I heard that 3-4 guys on eboard basically ratted to HQ, reporting them for parties they themselves took part in. Wth is greek life coming to? Anyway, long story short, definitely not joining them now as from what I was told, "there are still rats". Damn shame, not about it.
