Most guys are good looking and throw great parties. Always have an after hours, which is a plus. Great guys with great personalities, even though some are dbags at heart.

These guys argued for stricter grade requirements for greek week so that they could try to win a tug for once. I lost all respect for them. The house is full of kids that didnt get bids from SAE or dropped other houses halfway through pledging. They are low tier wanna-be fratstars. The kids just try to mimic how people act on tfm.

Party was a straight banger. More girls than guys. Fun guys to be with in general. They clean their act up really well when they are sober as well. Not that easy to get into.. reputation is good on campus. Not referred to ass douchebags, tools, or creeps like some of the other houses.

Hung out with some sig ep's before seem like a really good group of guys, They were pretty friendly and had a kick ass party. They are defiantly a top tier house on campus

Do not underestimate these guys. They dominated in Greek week, have great parties, are genuine people, strive for a better fraternity, and treat girls like they should. Down right chill group of guys that are always up for a good time. To those bashing on their "frat-ness" I think you're just jealous you can't rock the casual look of some worn out sperrys and polo button ups. They care a little bit of what they look like...
