End of semester frat ranking

Tier 1: Pike, Phi Psi, PKT. ( PKT takes lambda spot they throw with all top houses and lambda is losing their house)
Tier 2: lambda, sig chi, a sig.
Tier 3: phi phi, SNU, Pikapp,AGR, Pks.
Tier 4: TKE, DSIG, Theta chi.

I think a sig should drop to tier 3 then this is a good list

Move tke up to 3 move pi kapp and agr down as well. And asig to 3
