Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Tarleton State University - TSU 4.2 I know a couple of girls in Delta Phi Epsilon...and all though they are new they seem very sweet. They may not be as popular yet, but thats only because they just got here. The other sororites should be thankful, because without them the Greek Community would be no loner. Interested to see how they do on campus!
