Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Western Kentucky University - WKU 1.0 I had very poor experiences with this fraternity during rush last fall. Very entitled and their parties are always dead. Their new leadership and pledge classes have ran a once Great fraternity into the ground.
