What happened to Chi O?It was more top when I was a freshmen and gphi lower.Just wondering why people rate them more towards low mid now

Gphi is the same i feel as they and asa r pretty much similar, but Chi O hasnt been doing good during rush, airband, and their drop rate is terrible. They also have a bad rep on campus w tons of scandals
