Thoughts: SAE and Theta Chi are probably throwing the best parties although Lambda and Pike strong contenders especially since they’ve had great dages. SigEp, SigNu and PiKapp are surviving solely off of reputation and one or two big dages. If they don’t change quick they’ll start to fall. Great play to a lot of upper mid and a few of the top houses to actually be improving. For the mid houses SPD and Phi Kap have good crowds and have consistant dages with Sig Pi and ZBT which are solid. KDR and Phi Psi will always have the weird rap. Chi Phi has fallen off after last year. DKE and TKE will probably overtake Beta at some point. For the irrelevant frats, well they’re irrelevant for a reason.
