Dear PNMs/Future Panhel Collegians,
Do yourselves a favor today and no matter what chapter is on that bid card, give it a try. Even if you thought you hated it during rounds or your friend told you it's "bottom tier", JUST TRY IT. You can't participate in informal recruitment anyway so why not just give it a shot? If you hate it after Bid Day, cool, drop out. If you kinda like it, cool stick it out. As a former Rho Gam, I implore you to ask yourself what reasons you're joining a Panhellenic sorority for and whether you truly demonstrated who YOU were during recruitment. YOU GOT THAT BID FOR A REASON NOW GIVE ME THOSE LADIES A CHANCE THE SAME WAY THEY'RE GIVING YOU ONE!!!
Most importantly...HAVE FUN!!!

Read what you sign! And what they tell you at orientation. If you are extended a bid on bid day you are bound to that bid for one year. You can’t do informal this spring or fall. You’re ineligible for recruitment again until spring 2021.

You can still do cob/informal recruitment but I’m going to be honest, pledges classes were packed. Unless some groups are still below total Or a bunch of girls turned down their bids I can’t see an informal recruitment happening this semester but what do I know 🤷♀️

I like to believe they're intelligent free thinking individuals but from what I've seen, they think like sheep. I hope this year is different though!
