is pike really such a low tier fraternity?

What's the deal with some of these rankings having PIKE below the worst off campus fraternities, are they really that bad? Who have they been mixing with?

They are new. New sororities and frats start at the bottom. Doesn’t mean they are bad and same goes for Tridelt, Beta, Phi Tau and more. Find who you like best

Just rush them. Common sense. If you want to know whether or not you’d like them/if they suck...there’s literally no better way to do that than rushing. That’s the whole point.
