When I think back to being a PNM I remember overanalyzing everything. having gone through the recruitment side of things, I WISH I would have known what I know now. I remember comparing with girls how many sisters we talked to in a round. Worrying, if I talked to less or more than someone else, was that a bad sign??? So much of recruitment is luck and chance, I promise the little details really don't mean much. Be yourself, be open and kind and you will end up somewhere that you can be happy. Also, in your chapter you won't know every girl and that is okay! you won't hit it off with every girl and that is normal. each sorority is not their stereotype, you will find girls you can get along with. forget about tiers, they I promise, will not impact at all the likelyhood of you enjoying your sisters. There are girls in every chapter who look and have such diverse personalities. They are not their stereotypes!!!! The only determination of tiers is because of boys in frats who know nothing, don't let their uninformed opinions influence you from joining a place you feel like you will be comfortable. It all works out in the end, good luck ladies!!!
