alpha phi recruiting tactics...

This is making the rounds on Michigan's GR page. It's about the Michigan chapter but it wouldn't surprise me if all APhi chapters have to recruit this way. It’s on Reddit as well with a link to the google doc. Very sad that this is the way a national organization behaves...makes us all look bad.

TLDR: Someone in a sorority at Michigan (Reddit thinks it’s aloha phi) gives a story about how apparently, sanctioned by their national advisor, they pick girls solely on looks (which is what everyone already thinks sororities do anyway 😑).
Who are we to call this blogger a liar? Who are we to say that she’s being truthful though? Personally, as a senior who has gone through recruitment and it worked on my recruitment team with advisers, I can’t imagine this happening. But then I am not in the sorority that’s being questioned here…
