Phi Sigma Sigma - ΦΣΣ Sorority at University of Delaware - UD 3.2 This is sorority is so new and needs to be given a chance. They started out rough, but that was only the founding class. Now they have a brand new pledge class with many different types of girls. They could turn it around this year with this new class. Best of luck!
