Joining Greek life at UD has been the best decision i have made in college so far. It has completely changed my experience. I have so many friends and always have someone to say hi and wave to on my way to classes!

Greek life is awesome here but its nothing like Greek life in the south. Most frats/srats have multiple houses that are not letter houses and most parties are in basements. To be honest most parties seem just about the same with some being slightly different. The biggest difference to me is the people, not the party. Dages are awesome and make the social scene pretty unique. Hazing from what I've heard varies a lot. Most sororities do not haze, most frats have pretty minimal hazing. Some are a lot worse than others. It is not super difficult to get a bid from a frat/srat, unless you are going top tier. You do not have to be in Greek life at UD to have a good time, but it definitely would enhance your social life if you decide to join.
