Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 2.6 How is this rank 1? Definitely 75% of these reviews are the brothers themselves which is pathetic. Average fraternity with a handful of weirdos. This years pledge class is pretty bad, will prob be bottom tier in the following years.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.0 I am in Theta Chi. Recently cliques have been forming, brotherhood has been terrible, social scene has better. We are facing lots of problems lately and it's not looking good.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 5.0 their are too many things to say about this fraternity. they are all cool and verynice. they are extremely respectful and know their limts. their parties are great and have a strong brotherhood and are very good with mixing with both fraternities and sororities. they have a good basis for alumni and they always switch up the location of events which is nice and they have a big pledge class and a good brother hood.
