Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.9 Sigma Pi was really struggling off campus. Since coming back on, they have pulled decent pledge classes. On the come up and may be back in the middle tier some day.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 2.2 Was a top tier frat in their heyday but completely fell apart once they were kicked off campus. Dropped all the way to the bottom. Still fun but will never recover from the slide.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 2.2 Past three/four PCs have been squids. Their recruitment has been awful since going off campus and at this point they are dying and coming closer and closer to irrelevancy. Pour one out for SigPi RIP.
