Middle tier right now but could climb higher in the next couple of years depending on the pledge class this spring and next fall.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.2 Not bad for not being around that long. What got them middle tier so fast is their impressive night life. However, other frats do tend to have a stronger bond them. Hopefully they can change that. With the right moves, they could be top tier sooner than later.
