Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 2.6 Seems like these guys self rate themselves because they are not close to top tier. I've been to a few of their parties and they are fun but the guys were kind of creepy and wouldn't leave me and my friends alone.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 5.0 i love these kids they are in my opinion much better guys than some frats that are considered ahead of them......they will catch up with theta chi, dtd, and pi kapp in no time!

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 4.0 I've never been to Phi Psi before, but we had a mixer with them earlier in the semester and now I love them! Genuine, cute guys, and they even gave everyone a safe ride home!
