Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 4.0 Solid men all around. Most of the remaining founders are cool as hell and so are the newest pledge classes. Kids in between don't seem to bring as much to the table (overall), but they're still cool. Lot of good dudes in Phi Psi. Fun fraternity. Worth a look.
