Kappa Delta Rho - ΚΔΡ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 1.6 Saying they "used to be solid" is just about the best compliment they ever have receieved, and solid would even be pushing it in my opinion. These guys suck and have such an odd mix of guys i cant even get a read on them, basically just think they are alot better than they are because of like one dage they viewed as sick
