Delta Kappa Epsilon - ΔΚΕ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 1.6 mediocre parties AT BEST! music they play SUCKS. the groupies are a little strange, will never understand their obsession. honestly never see them making it to top tier. they'll never have the numbers, solely based on how unappealing their parties are. the only upside to the parties are so little people go there is always a lot of alcohol. never have once waited in line for alcohol if that tells you anything.
