Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.7 Has been rising for a few semesters. Not well respected around campus due to their weird obsession with self-ranking. If they continue to pull good pledge classes they might be able to reach lower-top, for now they sit at middle tier due to their cringe reputation.
