People are kidding themselves if they think Delt is a top house. Yes its a big fraternity. Yes people do like them . Girl do "think they are nice" and think they are good guys for sure. But nice guys finish last. Hot girls actually date / go to KS Sigep and Pike partys. Just how it is even though it seems as if they try very hard to change that on this website.
