Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 2.4 Clearly Phi Delt has a lot of kids coming on and self ranking. Anyone who knows a thing about greek life knows there aren't even close to the top tier and the four fraternities up there. Maybe one day but not in the foreseeable future. Kinda sad

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.7 Honestly one of my favorite fraternities to hang with. Super friendly, diverse group of guys who know how to through down. A few of their guys helped take care of a drunk sister so I'm grateful for that. Definitely the most down to earth and real frat at Northeastern.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 2.7 Friend of mine had a really creepy encounter with a phi delt at one of their parties so now we stay away from them. I've been to a few parties at their apartments and they might know how to throw down but they're not super friendly and honestly give me a weird vibe.
