Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.2 They're so underrated. There has been a ton of change within this fraternity which has immensely improved it. Their recent pledge classes have changed their entire atmosphere leaving them with a ton of potential to improve. I hope their upward trend continues.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 3.4 Nobody is calling phi delt top tier anytime soon, they're a great group of guys and definitely have a very strong brotherhood but when you think of a fraternity you don't think of them. They're not very involved on campus and aren't known for their parties or anything but all very polite guys. They try and it shows but they have a long way to go.

For those of you who haven't seen their new pledge class I think you better. They're a pretty great crew. Great brotherhood. Solid guys next door. I'm excited to see what they'll do next.
